Low Fat Smoothy/Shake
Ingredients
- Bananas or any other fruit (1 for smoothy / 2 for shake)
- 250mL Skimmed Milk
- Honey (optional for added sweetness)
Method
Before hand, peel and freeze bananas in a plastic bag. When you are ready, put
250mL of skimmed milk in a blender; Add Bananas; Blend until smooth; Pour into a cup and enjoy! You can use any type of fresh fruit: Strawberries, apples, or oranges, the possibilities are endless!
