Zucchini Pasta Bake

Ingredients
  • 400g of any kind of small pasta
  • 250g Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200mL Milk
  • 50g butter
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • Vegetarian Stock
  • Salt and pepper
Process
  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the packaging
  2. Add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a mixing bowl
  3. Grate the cheese and add to the mixture
  4. Melt the butter and add to the mixture
  5. Boil a small amount of water and add the stock, then stir it into the mixture
  6. Grate the zucchini and stir through the mixture
  7. Once the past has cooked, stir it into the mixture
  8. Grease up an oven tray and spread the ingredients from the bowl even in it.
  9. In an electric oven, bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes, or until the pasta bake is firm all the way through.
