We will be sad to see you wishing to cancel your account.
Cancellation information is available either from Customer Services 0871 433 3129 [available 24/7], or by visiting the 'my account' section - and log into your account
Please note: You will need to have completed any minimum period, for the account you signed up for, before we can close your account. Normally this is 1 month - unless you are a broadband user in which case this is 12 months.
