Billing Help: Can I subscribe to one or more of your services?
Every account that is setup, automatically comes with a Pay As You go account, even if you subscribe to our unmetered or broadband options.
If required, you can signup to one or more unmetered accounts on the same line, if you require more usage, but we recommend that you just upgrade to a bigger package. You can only have one broadband connection on one phone line - so you cannot have multiple broadband connections.
With your Pay As You Go account, you are charged from 1p a minute for your Internet calls - but only when you dial up the Pay As You Go access number (which begins 0845). We recommend you have this installed ready on your computer, incase you need to use it.
