Billing Help: When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your internet subscription, on, or around the date that you joined us. For broadband customers, the date will be when your broadband connection was ready for use.
We will send you notice via email to the address located within 'My Account', that you will be billed 2-3 days prior to this date. We will also send you an email confirming that payment has been made, or, if there was a problem collecting payment from you.
If you have any billing problems - you can either contact Customer Services on 0871 433 3129 [available 24/7] - or alternatively raise a ticket via the members control panel, which is located in the 'My Account' section
