Dialup: What should I do if I forget my password?
The best way to recover your password if you have forgotten it is by phone. You will need to answer the security question that you set when you signed up with us, or last edited within the 'My Account' section.
Sometimes you haven't really forgotten your password - it could be that you are just typing it in incorrectly, because passwords are case-sensitive. So "PASSWORD" is different to "PaSsWoRd", similarly "password" is also different. Check that the Caps Lock key on your keyboard hasn't been inadvertently pressed - it happens to us all the time!
You can recover a forgotten password by calling Customer Services on 0871 433 3129 [available 24/7]. You will need to be the actual account holder and be able to answer your security question
