My Account: How do I go about changing/updating my billing details?
You can change your billing details easily - you can even switch from pay by credit or debit card, to paying by direct debit instead - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;
- Once logged in, by using the top menu, go down to the 'My Account' choice, and click on the 'Payment Details' tab on the left hand menu of the control panel
- If you wish to continue paying by credit or debit card - click on this option. If you wish to pay by direct debit - choose this option instead
- Enter in your new billing details
- Press the 'Update Details' button - in order to update your payment details
Go 'back' to the page you were viewing
