My Account: How do I alter which package I am connected to?
You can change your current unmetered, or broadband package easily - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;
- Once logged in, by using the top menu, go down to the 'My Account' choice, and click on the 'Change Package' tab on the left hand menu of the control panel
- Near the bottom of the screen - there is an option to change your package. All you have to do is pick which one you which to upgrade, or downgrade to. Details of each package is available on this site
- Once you have picked a package to change to - click on the 'Submit Account Change Request' button
- Your new package will take place immediately if you are a dialup user
