My Account: How do I change my password or security question?
You can change your password, and/or your security question easily - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;
- Once logged in, by using the top menu, go down to the 'My Account' choice, and click on the 'Change Password' tab on the left hand menu of the control panel
- Update the required fields
- Press the 'Update Password' button, and your details will now be altered
