My Account: How do I view the usage of my account?
You can view your usage of your unmetered, or broadband connection of your acccount - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;
- Once logged in, by using the top menu, go down to the 'My Account' choice. Click on the 'Connection Log' tab on the left hand menu of the control panel
- You are now shown the details of each connection that you have made online - whilst being shown the access time of each connection, and how much data has been transfered
If you are a capped broadband user, you can view your current bandwidth usage, by clicking on the 'Bandwidth Usage' tab.
Unmetered users can also view their remaining usage, by clicking on the 'home' tab.
