Registration: What information do you require during registration?
We will require your name address, contact telephone number. If you are joining either our unmetered or broadband service, then we will also require a credit or debit card, in order to take payment from you. Your chosen card will need to be one of the following card types; Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Maestro. You can pay via Direct Debit - however, we do require your first payment to be made by a credit or debit card.
If you are joining/planning to join our freetalk telephone option, you will also need to have your BT Account number.
During the registration process - you will be required to provide a security question and answer, a username, a password, and to also pick a new email address
