Pay As You Go
Ideal for light internet users, or first time internet users - it is suitable for those whom use the internet for a couple of hours a week. If you just want to basic internet access, where you can send and receive emails and browse the Web a few times a week - the this is for you. You may also want the freedom from monthly charges and contracts. Pay As You Go is the only package that is available if you have a non-BT phone line

Unmetered
Unmetered access is suitable for light to medium users whom use the internet any time during the day. You may surf the web and use email regularly - more than a couple of hours a week during peak times (6am-6pm, Mon-Fri). You enjoy the peace of mind that a flat-rate charge for unmetered Internet access would bring, and also the range of inclusive packages that are on offer to suit your needs, and your budget.
You will need to have a BT line or have a non-cable line. You do not need to be an existing pay as you go user, in order to use our unmetered service

Broadband
Broadband is ideal for Internet users whom want a faster connection which is constantly available - as you may have had enough of waiting for web pages to appear or for emails and files to download. You may be impatient with the time it takes for your dial-up modem to make a connection and are worried that somebody may be trying to call you while you are connected to the Internet. Lighter users whom do not download much, nor spend much time on the internet may find a capped package more suitable to their needs. Whilst a more regular, heavier user will require some sort of unlimited package - so they do not need to worry about how much they download.
You will need to have a BT line or have a non-cable line and a USB or ethernet/ lan/ network port. You do not need to be an existing customer, in order to use our broadband products
